Last Updated: 10-8-2025

At Port Gamble Dockside Seafoods LLC, we take pride in ensuring your seafood arrives fresh, safe, and on time. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment.

---

1. Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders totaling $200 or more (before tax).

Deliveries are made within our designated service area in Washington State.

Orders under $200 may be eligible for delivery at an additional fee.

Delivery times are scheduled based on product availability, weather, and location.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order; unattended deliveries are made at the customer’s risk.

2. Nationwide Shipping

We can ship our seafood and manufactured seafood products nationwide using trusted carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided by quote prior to purchase.

All shipments are packed with appropriate refrigeration (such as gel packs or dry ice) to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

Once the order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss or delay transfers to the buyer.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed deliveries, or damage caused during shipping, though we will assist in filing claims if applicable.

---

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
Some items, especially custom seafood kits or large orders, may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified if any delay is expected.

4. Handling and Packaging

All products are handled in accordance with Washington State Department of Health and FDA seafood safety standards.
We use insulated packaging to maintain product integrity and freshness during transit. Packaging materials are food-safe and recyclable whenever possible.

---

5. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or receipt.
We may request photos and order details to review the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

---

6. Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before shipping or delivery begins. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
